Lohia Starlinger Ltd., by extensive research and up date for the last 30 years with the collaboration of Starlinger a World leader of supplier of such machinery. This is the latest machine in this segment and fully automatic and producing best quality of tape for woven sacks industry.
Winders :-
264 Winders Model – Electronic LTW200CE of M/s. LOHIA STARLINGER LTD. make. The best available Electronic Winder for the woven sack industry.
Circular Looms :-
Latest technology 50 Circular looms Model – Nova-6 of M/s. LOHIA STARLINGER LTD. make, for making quality fabric from the tape. These looms have production capacity of 1100 picks per minute and production of loom is around 3300 meter per day per loom.
BCS Machine :-
We are putting of 4 BCS machines of M/s. LOHIA STARLINGER LTD. for bottom stitching & cutting machine only to reduce the dependence on labor which is presently scares. We are also searching wall making & stitching machine to restrict the main power to a minimum.
Printing Machinery:-
Two printing machines of M/s. Star flex International, New Delhi. He is also Pioneer in printing machine for woven sack industry. Besides, these misc. machines
